didnt have an exactly great day today.. was really really tired and i could hardly concentrate on anything except trying to keep my very tired and dried-out eyes open. after the shop closed, still had to sweep and mop the floor. simple yet very tiring task.. lucky there is still joan! haha~ :P the thing that made my day worse today was $%#% came to the outlet to visit me.$%#% said that he was visiting a friend nearby, so dropped in to visit me. he left watsons after buying a chocolate bar or something, and i was very relieved, BUT after that, he smsed me at 8.40 to say that the outlet is closed and i have knocked off from work! like WTH? is he a stalker? and he wanted to follow me home!! %$^%^#%$&%^#^

BLEH. so pissed off by $%#%. i was friendly to him because i treated him as a friend!! =.= %$&#%*&@* the most %^#^&#%^*-est entry of the year. and on the 2nd last day of 2005. how great.

today had been a rather ok day, just that everything had made me so tired!! it had been boring during office lunchtime, as in there were no shuai ge's to look at, and i didnt have any goods to display on the shelving, so i could only walk around the shop like some zombie.

helena and grace met up with me during my lunchtime, and they were late by almost 25 minutes or so? haha~ by the time they arrived, i had almost finished the yong tau foo i was eating. so i waited for them to finish eating and brought them to the outlet that im working. if any of em is reading this, just wanna apologise for the lousy reception, cos the area manager was there at the moment so i couldnt just stand there and chat with them.

the day passed pretty fast, and it rained again!! luckily i have my trusty red umbrella~ woohoo! thank God for helping me pass through yet another day!! :)

im starting to dread going to work now.. cos everything is so dead! as in my schedule now is, work eat sleep work eat sleep etc. no flexibility!! :( oh ya, today, i just found out that my 15th floor neighbour who is the same age as me is working near raffles place!! haha~ can take the chance to know him. lols. :P he reminds me of my pri 6 seating partner alwin. really alike lorr. i've been wanting to know him for a long time. :D

woo! a merry christmas to all! yesterday i had a rather early night, so i didnt countdown or anything.. was feeling rather down because i didnt get to go to orchard and squeeze with the crowd. there were really a lot of ppl in orchard! woah, and some teenagers were spraying foam(and i think it's shaving foam from the smell of it). my father drove thru orchard while driving home from my workplace and i had my window down to take ONE pathetic picture because my father decided to take another road instead. T.T

yesterday i was supposed to be released at 1pm from work, but we still had the promotion change which requires an amount of time. SO, i worked 7 hours OT!! :O in the end i left watsons at 8.30pm.. wow. angela ordered pizza hut and KFC for us~ i ate the pizza only and drank the most expensive milk from the fridge. lol~ overall, the work is rather enjoyable cos eveyrone was in a rather christmassy mood. AND i gave out the christmas cards that i made! hehe~ at least i didnt waste it. the cards that i made for sharon, serleng, siewfong and one more person.. i didnt mail them out in time so i just left them on my table. bleh..

anyway, going for the christmas service later! :) whee!

got an MC for today, and after eating the medicine, i went to sleep and just woke up. hurray. 6 hours of nap.. wonder whether i can sleep tonight or not. blehhhhh.

my family has gone to malaysia for 2 days now and im missing them so much! haha~ i miss my bro and sis's noisy fighting, i miss my mum making noise in the kitchen, i miss the noisiness(if there's such a word) of it all. been returning to a dark and empty house for 2 days!! and i hate feeding that luohan fish.. i always have a feeling it's gonna jump up and BITE OFF my fingers. =S

anyway, the Hello Panda that i've been buying after work almost daily is making my cough worse, but i just cant resist! and the Pocky going at $0.90 each.. quite cheap leh. cheaper than that sold at the sch canteen. =D i just love goodies~ =P today was a very slacky, but tiring day. we had to change the plastic thingie holding the price tags.. very difficult, esp at the Dove shampoo part!!! %$^#&#$%@# sickening.. but i still got it done in the end.. let's see.. i used up almost 3 hours changing the plastic things.

i want to buy marshmallow santa, crunchie bar, and ferrero rocher!!! =)

there is the candlelight service tmr.. wonder what will happen, becaus ei've nv gone for one before. really expecting something to happen! =D go for every service with an expecting heart. hurhur. i really cant wait for tmr!! =)

got my finger cut again today by something, and i have no idea what. =\ the last 2 cuts i got were made by ferrero rocher. BEWARE: ferrero rocher boxes are threatening my life!!! -gasps- ya ya, whatever. im writing till here.. there is really nothing much to write, since my life is kinda following a routine during weekdays. bleh. there was this stuffed bear at watsons which was on discount today.. and quite a big discount also! its original price during the xmas season is $14.90, and on a ONE DAY ONLY offer, it is selling at $9.90! like gosh.. but guess what? i didnt bring enough money. -.-" even if i didnt eat lunch, i only had $9.85 and was short of $0.05. LOL. in the end i asked ah pang to stop mentioning the bear(because she knew i wanted it and kept asking whether i really didnt want the bear). ah pang was really nice and offered to give me biscuits for lunch, in addition to lending me 5 cents so that i could buy the bear.. but i knew that i cant survive 9 hours on biscuits alone. in the end, i could only watch the price tag get changed back to $14.90~ =

work today was rather enjoyable.. not much walking around, and no difficult customers~ perfect. =D today, i used up a lot of money, because i went to buy lip balm($3.90), lunch($3.30) and apple aloe vera($1) and now im left with $1.10! yay.. =S wonder what i should eat for tmr's lunch.. and tmr can only go home at 8.30pm. quite late.. but it's still ok i guess. i love mopping the floor! wheeee~ =D that was quite random. ^_^

not sure whether i can commit fully to strikeforce or not.. really hope i can make it for all future meetings nxt time. =\

yesterday i was still able to talk, but when i woke up this morning, talking was an exhausting task. i really couldn't take it anymore and decided to go see the doc and do something bout this irritating cough, flu, whatever of mine.

the teck whye polyclinic was already very full by the time i reached there with my mum and sis. let's see now.. the exact time was 8.09 if i'm not wrong, and i only got registered properly at 8.50? a lot of time wasted at the pre-registration place. and the nurse at the registration counter even messed up my number with that of an old uncle! that uncle's number was 2077 while my number was 2088. fortunately, i had my mum, she checked the slip of paper i was given and spotted the mistake! or else i would have gone to see the doctor under the name of Lim Thye Fah. -___-

was given a one day MC, and i don't think that's quite enough.. but all i can do now is to pray that i will get my voice back and my nose will stop running. i need to rest loads!

my watsons outlet is pretty cool.. i get to work half-day on saturdays! hehe~ =D im so thankful for that, but i hope i won't get sacked because i took one day off work. =S well.. shall write till here. God Bless! =)

HAHA~ i typed the title and pressed "Enter" by mistake, in the end i saved a blank entry.. :X but i have already edited this entry(obviously).

this morning, my dad didnt drive me because he had to go earlier to work. my mum was kind enough to accompany me to raffles place early in the morning because i had no idea how to get to raffles place by bus! hehe. i only know how to take the mrt there~ :P i figured out how to get to my workplace so.. yeah, dont have to squeeze with the MRT crowd anymore, now i have to squeeze with the bus crowd.. SO, i DO have a direct bus from my home to raffles place! praise the Lord! :D

oh well, early in the morning, the stock-takers were already there counting stock. stock take is really really tedious, imagine having to count tons and tons of boxes of ricola, strepsils, medicine, and practically everything in the store.. i had to count mentos which added up to its hundreds. haha~ but i feel that it is better than having to walk around the store and help customers get their stuff. worked till 5pm, and helped to sweep and mop the floor, and i went home! :D i decided to take 700 home so i waited at the bus-stop for nearly 30 minutes.. i realized that something was wrong, so i went to check.. the last bus was at 1408 and the time was already 1800! hahaha~ so i had to go to the opposite side and take 75. blaah. tiring day..

ok, better go off now.. im still very sick, but better than the time i wrote my last entry in this blog. hurhur. OH YA, i recieved a letter from CHC .. they spelt my name as YEE SHION. riiiight. -.- and i also recieved shufen's xmas card! thanks loads! :)

what can i say? second day of work was totally exhausting! reached raffles place at around 7.45am in the morning and mky dad drove me there. thaaaanks so much~ :D we had the big-heads down at the outlet today, and they gave loads of comments etc. peggy said that they were the BIG-heads from watsons hong kong! WOW. -.- they made all the workers really busy, and we even had to switch on all the singing christmas trees which repeats and repeats "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" long after the angmohs were gone. :\ damn irritating..

went for lunch with peggy, joanne and hin teck(i can nv get his name right), but most of the time i preferred to stick with either peggy or myself. oh well.. most of the ppl are working for only one month while im working for 3 months.. weird. haha~ nvm, i can get to know the ppl there better. hehe. :P

my feet were crying out "WE WANT TO REST!", but i seriously had no choice.. stood in the MRT from raffles place to choa chu kang, stood in the LRT from choa chu kang to bukit panjang. gosh.. the journey was a tedious one, cos i was sick. i dunno WHICH SICKENING(no pun intended) CUSTOMER passed me the flu virus!!! and when i reached home, i was down with fever, runny nose, headache, sore throat.. etc. bleh. slept for 2 hours after taking medicine and now im quite alive again. hahaha~ tmr still have to 7.45am to 5pm.. wonder whether my body can take it or not.

God gimme strength~ :)

after a long period of waiting at the headquarters, we finally got assigned out outlets. GOSH.. im so envious of the 2 girls who got to work at watsons jurong east and watsons jurong point! booohooo. i got assigned to RAFFLES PLACE. right.. i was thinking they can assign me anywhere in town, but NOT raffles place! this is a place which i go to once in a decade.. bleh. sf got watsons forum mall and hy got watsons suntec city.

not surprisingly, i got lost on my way to my new workplace. hahaha~ i kep going in and out of the OUB building trying to look for a shop that doesnt seem to exist. i had to go over to caltex building watsons to ask where was OUB building watsons. hurhur. in the end, i found out that i have to walk quite a big round to get to watsons. bleh.

my supervisor, angela, was ok. but she is blur~ =P she told me to report for work by 7+am tmr morning and yet she didnt tell me how to get into the shop. haha~ i'll stay locked outside. heh. really hope that i can bump into some watsons staff tmr morning. =S oh ya, pei shan also working at my outlet! but only for one month.. -.- sad ar. im really really really tired now..

the day was spent arranging stuff, directing customers to the things they wanted, and etc. one weird customer.. ok la, it's bad to call her weird, one cute customer wanted to buy a stuffed toy doggie, and she found out that the 3 doggies had different-sized eyes, so she asked me to help me choose the cuter one.. errrr. -.-" haha~ in the end i asked her to choose the doggie with the "balanced" eyes, which means the eyes are not one big and one small. haha~ working ppl nowadays.. tsk, tsk.

it's only the first day and im already so tired.. how can i survive 3 months?! btw, for this outlet, my rest day is on sunday!! muahahahaha~ =X

learnt a lot at service today.. valuable lessons which i would definitely regret not learning if i didnt learn. WOW. it just hit me with a "BANG" at how God's miracles can be so amazing! hehe.

it had been a great day today, so as my title says, PRAISE THE LORD! =)

i had woke up at 11.30am, cos i had slept rather late the previous night. hehe~ i thought it was 1pm or something, so i kinda "jumped" from half-awake mode to fully-awake mode. anyway, went to fajar and got back my forgotten wallet.=P then got to bukit batok to meet farrah. oh well, in the end i found out that we were actually on the same train. haha~ ^_^

when we reached david's house, only frisky was home. and winnie did not remember that we were supposed to have bible studies at 2pm! blur queen. hehe~ so farrah and me went to spend our time at west mall! we bought handphone straps.. really cute and we bought rather similar ones! just that hers is pink and me is brownish-yellow.. or is it yellowish brown? haha~ =P -forward forward-

frisky is so darn cute. i LOVE frisky. frisky's a female jack russell. SO CUTE! =D and she licked me all over my face. free facial~ ;) oh ya.. david's pretty good at the drums, when i heard him play i didnt really feel like playing anymore. hehe. maybe nxt time! CG started at 4, and it was great. although i nv did get what they were doing when they spoke in tongues.. *puzzled look* i learned about the importance of knowing the Word, and this greatly applies to me.. cos i havent been reading God's word lately. >_< winnie showed us a clip at the end of CG, and when i watched it, i almost cried. serious! i could feel the tears welling up. hahaha! the clip was really touching. maybe i can get winnie to forward it to me. =)

i decided to go for the 7pm service at the very last minute. i am really glad that i had gone for it! it really made God's fire burn in me, and help set me back on the path to become a fully committed christian. =D AND I JOINED THE STRIKEFORCE!!! the strike force is something like a percussion-based ministry, and is just right for me. hip hip hurray! im happy now. wooooohoooo. ^_^

oh well. david's dad dropped me and farrah off near bb mrt station and we went home. today had been a tiring day.. and i still cant decide which service to go to tmr. hurhur. oh well. God will tell me! hhaa~ =P shall stop here.

prom night had been rather good. CONGRATS to VALERIE! and ERIC! for becoming prom queen and prom king! =D =D i know both of them, so im happy for both of them! ^_^ and i took photos with the prom queen too. but i think it's in someone else's camera. =( hehe~
the best part of prom night has to be the picture-taking part. i didnt care much for the entertainment really.. that emcee was quite irritating la. when we were eating, he kept asking us all to clap. argh. and he's rather lame too. oh well.. whatever. the picture-taking part made up for it. =D i took pictures with lots of friends and im really really happy bout that! =) another thing too! i didnt fall down in heels, even though i almost did fall down the stairs.
im thankful for everybody who had made all this possible, be it the teachers, the sponsors, the students.. all of em ROCK! WOOOO~ i love BPGHS only after i've left it. a but too late eh? but BPGHS rocks!

riiiiight.. prom night is coming up in a couple of hours man! let's see now.. my left toe is still purple in colour, i still have no inkling how to apply make-up, my ear-hole is hurting, and most importantly *drumroll* . . . i still dont know how to walk in high heels! hahaha~ just have to try my best not to fall then. ^_^
actually im supposed to be gathering with the majority of L.O.G at HQ, but.. *looks around to check no one is near* im very afraid that they will make me look like a clown. haha~ kidding. naah.. just waiting for my mum to return home from a medical check-up. if she cant return before 3pm, then i'll have to sacrifice my face to the L.O.G members. -_-

oh ya! im starting to become a naruto freak.. not surprising, given that i've been watching it for almost the whole day since the day before. wahahaha~ i finished 50+ episodes within 3 days. hmm, not very fast, but it also means i can finish about 150 episodes within 9 days if i keep up with this pace. tt's why i havent been online for the past few days.. been watching naruto. im in love with it! ^_^

i guess i better be going now. my eyes feels really sore, must have watched too much naruto. =.="
